In addition, Oreck has access to a full suite of on-demand analytics for better insights into performance, enabling the company to optimize messaging accordingly.
Oreck succeeded in streamlining its messaging under one messaging partner – and is now able to more easily optimize messaging, maintain a higher degree of data fidelity, and gain a unified customer view – all while consolidating providers. As a result, Oreck saw a shortened sales cycle from online sales, and the effect of shopping cart abandonment was mitigated.
