IgnitionOne Wins Prestigious Econsultancy Innovation Award

LONDON – February 24, 2012 – IgnitionOne’s UK team scooped the ‘Innovation in Web Analytics and Optimisation’ title at the Econsultancy Innovation Awards, held last night (Thursday 23rd February) at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London, UK.

Beating tough competition from comScore; Encore Media Metrics; RedEye and Vizu Corporation, IgnitionOne was recognised for its Engagement Optimisation service, which formally launches next month.

IgnitionOne demonstrated the service’s effectiveness to the judges using insight gained working with a leading UK retail client.

Engagement Optimisation analyses both cross channel attribution data and onsite customer behavioural information, helping users make sense of visitor activity in order to optimise their marketing spend.

The judging panel’s official statement read: “IgnitionOne has proved that Engagement Optimisation is a science, rather than a dark art. “An innovative product, no question about it.”

Award judges included Michael Donnelly, Group Director, Worldwide Interactive Marketing, The Coca-Cola Company; Ian Crook, Marketing Director, Tesco.com and Kevin Cochrane, VP Enterprise Marketing, Adobe Systems.
