- • Average Order Values up on Black Friday: In another sign that consumer confidence is back, consumers spent 24% more per online transaction on Black Friday YoY.
- •Retailers Increase Search Spend to Capture Growth in Online Shopping: To heavily promote the kickoff of the Holiday Shopping season and Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, and to capture more consumer dollars in the competitive retail environment, U.S. retailers increased spend on paid search advertising 47% YoY.
