IgnitionOne Expands Operations to Brazil
NEW YORK –September 4, 2012 – IgnitionOne, the global leader in digital marketing solutions, announced today the opening of its Brazilian operations, based in São Paulo. IgnitionOne global CEO, Will Margiloff, has also appointed Edmardo Galli as the managing director. The new office is already live with a base of large clients.
Galli, one of the pioneers of digital marketing in Latin America, is perhaps best known in marketing circles for successfully launching 10’ Interactive (10’ Minutos) in 1996, one of the first digital agencies in the Brazilian marketplace. The Brazilian market has experienced rapid growth in recent years and according to Mr. Margiloff, it has reached a pivotal point in its history. “As digital marketing is blossoming in Brazil, there is a real opportunity to bypass the challenges to integration and simplification facing the U.S. and Europe,” said Mr. Margiloff. “Brazil is a true hotbed of creativity and innovation, which makes expanding our presence there such an amazing fit.”
“We’ve reached a level of maturity in this market where brands and agencies are starting to look seriously at optimization of media spending. An integrated solution like the IgnitionOne Digital Marketing Suite perfectly meets the new demands of Brazilian market,” said Mr. Galli. “The market is at a turning point and there is an opportunity to innovate within digital marketing and IgnitionOne will be an important player in this process.”
