Will Margiloff – Chief Executive Officer


Will Margiloff serves as CEO of IgnitionOne. Margiloff is charged with the overall vision and strategic direction of IgnitionOne’s services and Digital Marketing Suite. With digital marketing experience stretching back to 1995, Margiloff brings unparalleled innovation and expertise to the company and to the industry. As one of the early pioneers in the Internet marketing field, he has helped revolutionize the online landscape, leading the use of new online advertising formats and technologies.

Roger Barnette – President


As President of IgnitionOne, Roger Barnette oversees the company’s aggressive growth and technology strategy. He has extensive experience managing and growing emerging technology businesses and is a veteran of the online marketing industry. Previously, Barnette was the Founder and CEO of SearchIgnite (now IgnitionOne). Barnette led the expansion of that company, growing it into one of the world’s largest media platforms, managing more than $1 billion in online advertising.

Jonathan Ragals – Chief Operating Officer


As Chief Operating Officer, John oversees the delivery of operational excellence across IgnitionOne’s global offices. John was previously Chief of Network Development for Dentsu Network. Prior to this, John served as Chief Operating Officer of 360i for 6 years. During his tenure at 360i, John helped lead the explosive growth from a specialty search marketing agency of less than 50 people to a 400+ person, leading full service digital firm. A pioneer in the space, John was also one of the first executives at Modem Media, one of the world’s first digital agencies.

Craig Pohan – Chief Technology Officer


Craig Pohan is the Chief Technology Officer of IgnitionOne, focused on defining the company's technology strategy and ensuring complete technical integration between product lines for a holistic approach to managing online marketing. By continually refining and standardizing the company's robust reporting systems to track online campaigns across all product lines, Pohan is also systematically building technology that allows for easy integration of new products, whether acquired or developed internally.

Scott Levine – Chief Financial Officer


As Chief Financial Officer, Scott is responsible for managing all financial operations and acquisitions for the company. Scott brings more than 15 years in the accounting and finance field primarily with entrepreneurial, middle market public and private companies focused on Internet marketing and content. Before joining IgnitionOne, Scott was Chief Financial Officer of iVillage, a leading Internet-based content source for women. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and received his MBA in Accounting from Baruch College in 1993.

Jonathan Baron - Chief Revenue Officer

Baron brings over 15 years of digital, managerial and SaaS experience to IgnitionOne. As CRO, Baron is responsible for expanding revenue opportunities to benefit both advertising agencies and brand marketers, and oversees global sales efforts. In addition, he is responsible for driving aggressive revenue targets for the company. Prior to joining IgnitionOne Baron served as co-founder and CEO of SaaS-based tag management, data and attribution company TagMan. Previously Baron held positions with Microsoft, where he built MSN’s first international sales team, and Vibrant Media where he built out its international and RTB capabilities.

Stephan van den Bremer – Managing Director, Europe


From the EU headquarters based in Brussels, Stephan van den Bremer oversees operations and business development as Managing Director of Europe. His previous efforts as VP of Business Development for Netmining helped to build a strong customer-orientated foundation and fostered relationships built on trust. This stimulated growth and expansion of the company's services. After 15 years of experience in various sectors, specifically in the automotive business, he brings a great deal of knowledge and managerial skills to IgnitionOne.

Eric Carlyle – Senior Vice President, Knowledge Architect


Eric Carlyle is Chief Knowledge Architect of IgnitionOne, where he leads IgnitionOne’s Search Advisor team, a dedicated group of quantitative media managers responsible for the day-to-day management of complex client SEM campaigns. His team helps IgnitionOne Advisor clients achieve maximum ROI from their search budgets. Additionally, Carlyle’s group is responsible for the research and development of advanced bid and campaign optimization technologies including IgnitionOne’s patent-pending Portfolio Optimization Technology (SPOT).

Eric Bamberger – Senior Vice President, Advisor Services


With more than 14 years of experience in interactive advertising and online measurement, Eric Bamberger brings deep client relationships and an unprecedented understanding of the industry. One of the founders of IgnitionOne’s parent company, Innovation Interactive, Bamberger runs IgnitionOne’s Display Advisor Group.

Mark Ziler – Senior Vice President, Operations


Mark Ziler is Senior Vice President of Business Operations for IgnitionOne, where he oversees the Client Services and Product Management teams. In this role, he ensures the quality and continued innovation of IgnitionOne’s online optimization platform and provides strategic consultation to clients on best practices for implementing their online campaigns to ensure optimal campaign performance. Ziler has more than 11 years experience developing software technologies.
